1. Homeowner

2. Working or self employed

3. Looking to buy Investment property

4. Mortgage Outstanding Balance (if have any)

5. House Value (to calculate equity)

6. Combined Income must be $150k or more

7. Budget to buy a new property

8. Looking to buy property via SMSF

9. Amount of deposit willing to make

10. Pre Approval : Yes or NO

11. Current Mortgage Provider

12. Years left on mortgage

13. Mortgage last refinanced

14. No mortgage repayments missed in last 12 months

15. Type of property looking for : House and Land package, Apartment, Villa or unit

16. SMSF Balance - $150K

17. Taxes up to date from last two years


replacement policy 

1. If the customer is not picking up the phone after repeated number of attempts.

2. If the customer does not qualify as per the criteria.
